Infact its nice to share my views through this blog with you all. We are working on promoting IT in the rural sector for more than a year. Intially we have started in syangja. Yes there were lot of comments associated with the DOS ans DONTS in the present context of istability. However we just marched forward toward our mission. Ofcourse it was not easy to establish community information center in the rural areas of Nepal. Yet it was also challenging to gather a mass of people and share our knowledge with the people.
Eqaully well we find a very tough time to make the goverment authority to convince about the work we were going to do. As the matter of fact they really doesnt know What ICT is? My freinds we are in a country where the senior level government staffs doesnt know the most powerful and the fortemost technology of twenty first century.
Its not that we remain pessipimistic due thgese kind of situations, What I feel is its not still too late to start promoting ICT in Nepal from variois walks of life. Mere conducting conferences and having the big talks of ICT is not only the need. The concerned authority should work with grass root level where there is actual need.
From this blog only i would like to call upon all the youths of NEpal to get united to full fill the mission of IT REVOLUTION IN NEPAL. What we have experinced in the way along is that if we cannot contribute much then what we can do is talk morte and more about ICT ,share your ideas, get more involved. This was the method we followed while establishing community information center in MAyatari, Syangja.
Currently we are sneding volunteers from the engineering colleges and other IT related college students who have just completed their studies to the rural ares for the purpose of establishment of community information centers and for the awareness campaign. It is having a dual pupose, in one way the students are getting something meanig ful to do for their country. Also the the rural community will get the benefit. This is the way we are working.
Whatever be the working method, the need is the involvement ,contribution in the promotion of IT from the level where we are and how we are.
Yes we have very genuine youths but the problem we have is , they just dont want to stay back in NEpal. Their aim is to go to other developed countries and probably settle down there. But its hiogh time for us to thik the identity that we are nepalese and we exist. So we have decided to work in this field and not to end up my life beig the citizen of other countries. But every youth must have this kind of feelings , the responsibilty is ours. If we have to go to other countries for variuos reasons then we can come back after our studies or whatsoever. The situations of conflict is getting more and more deterioaraetd !Its because most of us are outside the country.
HEHEH, I think i will stop till here now.ITs all the youth resposibility to caary on our nation to the right direction.

जिल्लामा संस्थागत रुपमा विधालयहरुको स्थापना वि. सं. १९८० साल यता मात्र हुन थालेको पाइन्छ। वि.स. १९८० सालमा स्याङजामा भिषण पहिरो गयो । ठूलो सँख्यामा धनजनको क्षति भयो र पनि पीडा र व्याथामा परेकाहरुलाई राहत सहयोग भएन । जिल्लाका मुखिया जिमुवाहरुले पीडितहरुलाई सामान्य उदारता पनि देखाएनन् । त्यसै बेलाको पीडा र व्याथाले आलिकति चतनाको संचार भयो । पण्डित पुरोहितहरुलाइ परिवार भित्रबाट सिमित शिक्षा आन्य जातजातिसम्म पनि पुग्न गाल्यो । पढनपर्छ भन्ने भावना सबैमा देखिन थाल्यो । यसरी वि.स. १९८७ देखि वि.स. १९९७ साल सम्ममा पञ्चमुल, दवानचोक, भिरकोट सेरुङ्गा, वीरठाँटीको चुवा र लिमी ठापठानामा पुर्ण सरकारी पाठशालाहरु खुले । जसलाइ भाषा पाठशाला वा आधार पाठशाला भनिन्थ्यो । यति हुँदा पनि पाठ्यक्रम आनुसारका पाठ्यपुस्तक चाँहि थिएनन।

ति पाठशालाहरुमा वेद, आग्नि स्थापना , भास्वती, सिद्वान्त, कैमुदी र सारस्वतहरु मात्र पढाईन्थ्यो । बिषयको चयन बिधार्थिहरुले नै गर्थे । स्याङजामा आधुनिक शिक्षाको थालनि भने वि.सं. २०१० सालमा मात्र भयो । भारत ब्रिटिश सेनामा भर्ति भएर हिन्दी, आंग्रेजी र गणितमा फसक्लास ( हालको टेस्ट पास) गरेका सेवा निव्रित जमदार स्वर्गिय श्री गगनसिंह राना मगर स्याङजाको त्यो पहिलो विधालयका एकमात्र संस्थपक हुन। यसरी वि. सं. २०११ साल बैशाख ११ गते सतै पुलको मुखमा एक विधालयको विधिवत स्थापना भयो । यो विधालय श्री ५ को सरकारले तय गरेको पाठ्यपुस्तकहरु पढाइने पहिलो विधालय हो। जसको श्री मात्रीभूमि विधामन्दिर हो !
